New development: Vision quality assurance.
To ensure that your delivered products are of a perfect quality, Van den Brink offers a vision system as an option.
The following video shows a system where products per two simultaneously are checked with 8 cameras for abnormalities in label position, label print and product contour. The vision system is integrated into the side robot.
The use of the system is simple:
During the production a sample image of a good set of products will be made after which every subsequent shot is compared with this. The permissible deviation in shape, color and / or position can be adjusted individually.
Rejected products are dropped into a standard box. The type of alarm and the way of handling, can be chosen as well, for example: alert/alarm/cycle stop with alarm.
